**The role**:
This is a unique role working for an Agency contracted to a global blue-chip Technology Company. You will be responsible for providing Level 1 onsite technical support, managing office supplies, and Logging service calls for the printing environment for one of the key customers.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Act as a dedicated resource to the Customer
- Refill all paper trays for the sites’ printing equipment.
- Replace consumables.
- Keep the area clear around printing devices.
- Manage toner/paper supplies.
- Receive delivery of consumables as required and put them into designated storage rooms for later retrieval.
- Log toner service & and recycling calls if required.
- Accept and Close service requests using customer service software.
- Preventative Maintenance Kits (if required or tech can complete this)
- Replace Waste Toner bottles
- Management of buffer stock and part supplies
- Paper Jam removals
- Level 1 onsite technical support
- Log service calls if unable to clear errors.
- Work with remote support to clear level 2 issues where possible (they will be supported by technical support)
- Can perform all "non-Technical" duties when required.
- Any other printer/toner/paper duties as required by the customer.

**Skills / Experience**:

- Onsite training will be provided
- The ability for self-management and motivation to run the week

**Job Offer**:

- Hourly rate: 40.00 + Superannuation
- Hours: 3 days per week, 4 hours per day - a total of 12 hours per week
- You will be required to perform these duties at 3 different campuses within metro Victoria and occasionally you will be required to visit multiple sites on the same day.
- Travel costs are included in the hourly rate

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
