**The Role**: We are looking to employ a café manager on a full-time basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and inspire a team of baristas and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold our high-quality standards.
- Oversee day-to-day cafe operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Foster a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and eager to return.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the cafe's profitability and reputation within the community.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of cafe operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.
- A passion for customer service and a genuine interest in creating memorable experiences for our guests.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
