**Position Summary**:
**On behalf of our client, Dojo Legal Australia**is looking for experienced **Skilled Horticultural Workers**who can use their knowledge and skills in horticultural farm to undertake propagation, cultivation, harvest and processing of crops in a production horticulture environment. The work is not seasonal and can be undertaken all year round. The work can be undertaken in either an indoor facility or outdoor farm setting or vineyard, or both.

This is a full-time position which may involve weekend or public holidays work and some unplanned hours of work where the need arises (paid accordingly).

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Prepare growing media and suitable trays, pots and containers.
- Undertake the propagation, planting and pruning operations.
- Undertake irrigation, fertigation and fumigation activities.
- Maintain soil, hydroponic, plant, treatment and yield records.
- Undertake transport and logistics tasks for delivery of sales stock.
- Operate horticultural machinery and equipment to clear and cultivate land, sow and harvest crops, process and pack crops.
- Ensure relevant equipment and machinery is maintained.
- Must have at least 1 year hands-on horticulture or farming experience
- Must demonstrate a strong understanding of safe, efficient, and high-quality farming practices.
- A proactive and reliable team player, capable of working independently and contributing to productive horticultural operations.
- Must be committed to long-term work.
- White Card and machinery tickets (forklift, tractor) desirable.
- Good physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced outdoors environment in all weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail.
