**Our Client**

Operating from the company’s head office with an exciting relocation to new offices in the coming months Our client is an incredibly successful business; the company comprises several divisions including real estate (sales and property management), development, projects and facilities and are led by an entrepreneurial Director.

**Our Client**

Working in a team of 3 other experienced PM’s who run their own portfolios autonomously, you will be responsible for:

- Day to day portfolio management of 180 residential properties
- Taking all enquiries from landlords and tenants
- Maintaining all properties to a high standard
- Managing the leasing process
- Minimising arrears and maximising rent
- Annual inspections and rental reviews / increases
- Dispute resolution and Tribunal attendance if required

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years property management experience
- Current CoR, Car & Drivers licence
- Great presentation & communication skills
- Ability to operate autonomously
