**About the Professional and Ethical Standards Directorate**:
The Professional and Ethical Standards directorate (PES) leads activities to support the effective resolution of complaints from employees about workplace issues (staff complaints) and complaints from parents, carers, students, and community members (community).

**About the position**:
The Employee Performance School Liaison Coordinator role entails leading an Employee Performance Field Team, overseeing performance reviews, Professional Learning program development, stakeholder engagement and policy development, among other responsibilities.
