**This opportunity**

In the role of Digital Product Owner, you own leading the execution of the Felix product roadmap.

You will:

- Translate the defined product roadmap into product requirements including user stories, acceptance criteria and artefacts required for development.
- Prioritise and manage the overall backlog. Ensuring the backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the delivery team will work on next.
- Ensure the product design and delivery process is effective, delivers the required outcomes and involves all of the right stakeholders.
- Lead with a 'customer centric' mindset with the ability to critique existing and new customer journeys in the eyes of a customer.
- Work collaboratively with UX and CRO specialists to improve the online experience and customer acquisition.
- Work with other Product UX and development teams to improve features, enhance the app platform and look at overall digital adoption and product performance.
- Be connected with all the right people, both within and external to the organization, to ensure that you are informed to make decisions which represent and take into account the views and opinions of all relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with IT delivery teams to drive the delivery of the product backlog, including making prioritization calls on backlog features as the project progresses.

**Responsibilities**
- Understand digital customer needs through continuous customer analysis.
- Design to delivery of fully developed products which fulfils digital customer needs and optimises the customer experience (including pricing)
- Drive features that are sought after by customers and the market. This will include identifying, capturing grooming and prioritising product requirements.
- Perform in-depth competitive analysis to ensure our digital product represents industry best practice.
- Drive the internal go-to-market activities and play a key part in the external go-to-market activities.
- Drive a customer first mindset within the wider delivery and support teams.
- Work day to day within an Agile development team to drive the quality outcomes needed.
- Working closely and effectively with back-end delivery teams and building working relationships with its members, including Network teams
- Support the creation of business cases and project documentation including success metrics.

**Knowledge and experience**

5+ years of digital product owner or product manager experience within a highly complex technology
- based digital environment.

**Technical experience**:

- Passionate about digital, eCommerce and self-service technologies
- Deep understanding of the digital landscape, technologies, trends and tools to drive the performance of the product.
- An understanding of UX principles and the importance of customer-centred design practices
- Experience creating user stories that provide sufficiently detailed requirements for development and test teams.
- Solid understanding of data analytics (ideally GA360) and how to use data to make informed decisions.
- Strong attention to detail, initiative, creativity and an acute ability to work autonomously Leadership and stakeholder management.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills - can identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities and develop appropriate solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical terminology into language that can be readily understood by non-technical audiences.
- Strong technical knowledge of all key platforms and other potential enabling platforms.
- Have experience in App and online digital touchpoints with strong agile skills to back this up.
- An in depth understanding of our customers and their needs and problems to drive the product design and delivery process.
- An understanding of the wider market and competitor dynamics.
