The role in a nutshell
Based at Coorparoo, at Coorparoo State School Helping Hands, have fun at work while you assist your Coordinator and a team of experienced Educators, providing creative activities and adventurous games.
This exciting opportunity offers 25 -hours per week (guaranteed minimum) across before school care and after school care Monday to Friday.
This permanent role is open to those experienced in working with children and seeking the next step in the career progression within OSHC.
About you
Commitment to our company values and philosophy Qualified or enrolled in a Diploma or Higher qualification in Education, Childcare, Humanities, Allied Health, Sport, Drama or similar Valid WWCC (Paid Blue Card) Availability over split shifts/ Monday to Friday The ability to pass a National Police Check
About the service
A large service with an existing Lead Coordinator, Coordinator, 3 Assistant Coordinators, and 5 consistent Educators, this service has 2 large airconditioned OSHC spaces plus a kitchen, break out area, office, and bathrooms all attached. Licenced for 240+, this service has room to grow with approximately 85 children attending in the morning and 165 in the afternoon. As a national company, we have centralised teams to manage parent accounts and invoicing so you can focus on what you love: providing exceptional experiences for children and assisting to lead your team.
