AGA are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Foundation Skills Trainer to join their National team. This is a permanent, full time position.

**About the Role**

We are looking for a highly motivated & passionate Foundation Skills Trainer to assist our clients across Australia with their LLN skills.

**Duties include (but are not limited to)**:

- Delivery of LLN and components of accredited training to clients relating to Foundation Skills qualifications.
- Liaise with Employment Services teams nationally, working predominately with teams in SA, NSW & VIC
- Liaise with the Training and Compliance Manager on policies and procedures of the RTO to ensure they are meet Compliance requirements.
- Ensure that quality outcomes are met in an environment of continuous improvement, including timely issuance of training plans/learning support programmes, coordination of evidence collection, assessment recordings, file audit checks and sign off, competency resulting in the student management system and certificate issuances.
- Ensure that the integrity of all data is maintained by accurate input and processing by the training team.
- Ensure training and assessment documentation is completed accurately and correctly.
- Ensure all training courses are finalised in accordance with the schedule.
- Communicate updates to all stakeholders.
- Comply with all relevant Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment is maintained. Abide by company procedures for identifying and reporting of potential hazards.

**About you**

To carry out this role you will need to have previous experience in Foundation Skills training & will hold Certificate 4 in Training & Assessment (TAE40116). You should also hold or be able to work towards TAESS00009 Foundation Skills in Vocational Practice Skill Set.

You will be an excellent communicator and team-worker with well-developed problem solving, critical thinking & decision-making abilities. Preferably experienced to teach people with learning difficulties and past record of having studied specific learning disorders i.e. dyslexia, dyscalculia and/or receptive and expressive disorders

You will also need a full drivers licence.

It is a requirement of the position to undertake a National Police Check & Working with Children Check prior to appointment.
