**The Role**:
Are you ready to make an impact? _Due to internal staff promotion_, we're on the lookout for some enthusiastic and driven **Casual Sales Representative to join our vibrant team at both our Sleeping Giant and James Lane Logan stores.**

As a key player in our sales team, you'll have the opportunity to showcase our stunning products, build lasting relationships with customers, and drive sales to new heights.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Craft and execute innovative sales strategies to elevate revenue growth and exceed targets.
- Collaborate on various store operations, efficiently processing orders.
- Cultivate genuine connections with customers, providing personalized recommendations and exceptional service.
- Share your passion for design by offering insightful product knowledge and guidance.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently delivering outstanding results and customer experiences.

**What We're Looking For**:

- To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring:

- Exceptional communication skills, with a natural flair for building rapport and engaging customers.

- Physical ability to lift and maneuver furniture (up to 20kg) with ease.
- A proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets in a retail environment.
- Availability/Flexibility to work weekends.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $32.06 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Referral program

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
