We have an opportunity for technically-minded and customer service-focused individuals to join our team. This position will suit a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service.

**About the role**

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team while focusing on delivering quality and timely service to meet the business needs and cost-effectiveness.

**Required Skills and Aptitude**:

- Supervise the production team responsible for testing and loading operating systems on refurbished computer, including customer-specific orders and upgrades.
- Monitor workflow to identify and address bottlenecks, increasing overall throughput.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to optimize daily schedules and task prioritization.
- Provide hands-on leadership, support, and guidance to all production staff.
- Foster a positive, team-orientated work culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Support employee development and monitor morale and engagement.
- Oversee quality control checks at key points in the production process.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness across the production team.
- Provide regular reports to management on team performance, targets, and KPI’s.
- Document and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).

**Essential Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology would be advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully mentoring teams.
- Ability to work in a fat paced, deadline driven, customer-centric environment.
- Integrity-driven, with strong commitment to team development.

**Desired Requirements**:

- Previous experience in IT Services industry.
- Frontline Management training or 2+ years’ experience in a similar position.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- IT Technology: 2 years (required)
