**_Where you’ll be working_**
The Cancer Institute NSW is the NSW Government’s cancer control agency, established to lessen the impact of cancer across the state.

**_What you’ll be doing_**
Co-ordinate and support the establishment, delivery, management, monitoring and evaluation of programs within the Grants, Partnerships and Research Development team. Monitoring and evaluation will support the organisation deliver high quality and impactful research reporting in NSW.
**_Remuneration/Benefits_**_/_
In addition to base salary:
- 11.5% superannuation
- 4 weeks annual leave (plus 17.5% leave loading)
- 10 days sick leave
- 40 hours per week which include accrual of monthly Allocated Day Off (ADO) x 12 per year.

**_Essential requirements_**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in health and relevant understanding and experience working within the NSW Health or other health systems.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing the monitoring and evaluation of projects in healthcare.
- Experience reporting research findings to address policy or program needs. Specifically experience in undertaking and reporting rapid and systematic literature reviews.
**_Pre-screening questions_**
- Describe an example where you have been involved in establishing, participating or concluding a monitoring and evaluation program. Describe how you approached planning this activity? What tools you used to collect results and how you communicated your outcomes to relevant stakeholders?
- Describe your experience of conducting systematic literature reviews. Please be sure to describe your methodology and approach, how you established purpose and defined your target audience and how you ensure that your communication is suitable for the purpose? What was the outcome of your activity? What did you learn from the experience?
