**About the Role**:
We are looking for an assertive, switched-on Production Manager to manage and optimise our production operations. This role is crucial in ensuring our products are consistently in stock across four key locations and that our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. As Huskee develop new products, this role will assist in R&D and new product rollouts. You’ll work closely with our offshore manufacturers, strengthen and expand our supply chain, and support team members across departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage offshore manufacturers to ensure production meets quality and timeline requirements.
- Overlook the scheduling of production to maintain stock levels across four key locations.
- Develop, strengthen, and expand the supply chain to enhance efficiency and resilience.
- R&D to support the development of new products.
- Collaborate with and assist in managing team members.
- Monitor and report on production metrics, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Continuously improve processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in production management, supply chain coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
- Exceptional coordination and leadership instincts.
- Familiarity with inventory management and production scheduling software is a plus.
- High degree of competence in Excel and data analysis
- Must be based in Sydney with full working rights and able to work full-time on-site in St. Peters.
- Degree in relevant field would be looked favourably upon.
