Look forward to joining a company that feels like a community, provides ongoing learning and opportunity - surrounded by great people along the way As our newest Ready Built Administrator, you will be joining a passionate, driven and collaborative team in this part-time, fixed-term maternity cover contract role, based at the Edgewater Homes office in Smeaton Grange.

**About the role**:
Joining our completed homes team, you will be responsible for the pre-construction administration of the files through the office including, Building Approvals and Permits through to settlement. A big part of this important role is the coordination of the build throughout internal and external processes - taking care of all of the important components to bring the completed home to market.

This role partners with internal and external customers, developers, land agents, certifiers, and other relevant bodies to achieve great customer outcomes. We’re a team known to help each other out and you’ll thrive working collaboratively with other Edgewater Homes and Ready Built team members.

**Some insight into you**:
This is a highly administrative role and your previous experience and know-how to work within a fast-paced, compliance-driven industry will be key. Your strengths lie in administration and project management with a keen eye for detail and a highly organised approach to your work. Ideally, you'll have experience with:

- Contracts administration
- Liaising with Certifiers, Developers, Local Councils, and other industry stakeholders
- Reading and understanding house plans and sketches
- Council and building approvals

You build rapport with ease and enjoy collaborating with other team members to achieve great customer outcomes. You have a customer-focused approach, are a team player and enjoy collaborating with a business that values your contribution.
