**The Centre**:
The centre located in Subiaco is full of incredible resources that we guarantee you won't find at other centres. Quality and empowerment are at the core of everything this centre does. Each room is run by a team of lead educators and educators, and the kindy room is run by a qualified early childhood teacher.
The centre itself is surrounded by a large garden that encourages lots of outdoor learning and play. They are focussed on building trusting relationships with the families and staff, and highly value diversity and inclusion. Their philosophy is that children learn and develop through play at their own pace, gaining the skills to become lifelong learners.
**The opportunity**:
As a diploma educator you will collaborate with the senior educators to create exceptional programs for the children in your care each day. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the highest quality services in Perth, known for its commitment to the local community and maintaining nurturing and respectful relationships.
**To be considered for this position you will have,**
- Ideally 2 years experience in ECE
- In depth knowledge of the NQF and the WA kindergarten curriculum
- Strong communication skills
- Contribute to the community
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA approved equivalent
- Current WWCC
- Current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis
