**THE WHO, THE WHAT AND THE WHERE**

Our client is an ASX listed exploration company with a number of portfolio projects across Australia. Experienced across all facets in the mining and resources sector, with a high level of respect and strong values.

Work alongside a sensational Company Secretary in a quiet office where productivity is high and flexible working from home arrangements are offered once probation is passed.

**WHAT’S INVOLVED?**

There’s two parts to this role. The accounts side looks a little something like this:

- Full AP function - end to end accounts payable processing (No PO system)
- Supplier invoice processing
- Prepare and process employee expense reimbursements
- Coding of invoices and credit notes
- Regular vendor payment runs
- Ad-hoc vendor payments as required
- Process and reconcile credit card transactions
- Supplier/vendor statement reconciliations
- Communicate with suppliers and resolve queries
- Bank and credit card reconciliation
- Mailbox management
- Management of supplier management system - EFTsure
- Liaising with site regarding any queries that need clarification

The admin side will mainly be support for the Finance and Company Secretary however still plays a key part.

**DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?**

It goes without saying that if you’re in accounts, you’re already super organised and efficient. We also need someone who is self-driven and willing to pitch in to get things done. You will also need:

- Up to date experience and knowledge of Accounts Payable functions with preference to those in the mining/ exploration industry
- Some solid Excel skills, you can fix any problem with a spreadsheet and know how to work a formula
- Strong Microsoft Office experience (you will be tested on this)
