These exciting opportunities are based in our Melbourne office, established in 1989 by renowned National Directors, Damian Kininmonth and Neal Ellis. The office is located in Melbourne’s CBD, however, we offer flexible working arrangements based on your circumstances.

If you have RPV status and minimum 1 year valuation / property experience, we are looking for a Property Valuer in Melbourne.

The position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a great team of people, as well as flexible working conditions, including working from home.

Role requirements:
In this role you will be continually interacting with out stakeholders and clients both in person and through our expanding software systems. This role may also suit someone looking for an opportunity to harness their own client network and take active responsibility for business growth. - Possess a strong understanding of valuation methodologies and principles - Sound written and verbal communication skills - Exceptional deadline and time management skills - Be efficient with technologies and information systems - Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills - The willingness to establish solid working relationships within the industry - The ability to ‘think outside the box’ and assist in developing our business - An overall passion for property industry - An Australian driver’s license and own a personal motor vehicle - A Federal Police Clearance

Experience and/or Qualifications Required:

- Current Associate member of the Australian Property Institute (API)
- RPV accreditation
- An Australian driver’s license and own a personal motor vehicle
- A Federal Police Clearance

Remuneration commensurate of skills and experience and is to be discussed on an individual basis
