EP is searching for a Revenue Operations Systems Manager to take responsibility for driving and enabling the CRM roadmap and capability for development, enhancements, and support of the Hubspot Platform.

**Key responsibilities of the role;**
- Serve as the primary owner of HubSpot Sales & Marketing CRM, overseeing all aspects of user and licence management
- Recommend and implement best-practice systems processes, architectures, automations and integrations that optimise adoption and usability
- Maintain and update the database system to ensure accurate records of customer information and Identify key opportunities for process enhancements
- Provide support for sales activities through dashboards and insight generation

**What we’re looking for;**
- Experience in a Sales and marketing CRM, preferably related to implementation and process improvement
- Strong technical competency and drive to automate and improve efficiencies
- Proficiency with JavaScript
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle and prioritise simultaneous requests
