**Nutrition Emporium** - a long-established boutique health food store in Melbourne is looking for a proactive and passionate team member to join us as a **Retail Sales Assistant.**

**About the Role**

**Casual / Part-Time Position (2-3 days per week) -** **Immediate Start Available**

This is a dynamic, people-focused retail role where your knowledge of health and wellness will be valued. You’ll assist customers with product recommendations, stock and merchandise products, and contribute to the welcoming, knowledgeable vibe our store is known for.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Delivering exceptional, warm customer service
- Recommending supplements, organic food and wellness products with confidence and care
- Support opening and close of the store
- Merchandising and maintaining store presentation
- Supporting stock management, restocking, and supplier deliveries
- Participating in promotions, tastings, and wellness campaigns
- Helping maintain our store’s calm, clean, and professional energy

**You Might Be**:

- A qualified or student Naturopath, Nutritionist, or Herbalist
- A passionate wellness enthusiast with retail or customer service experience
- Knowledgeable in supplements, practitioner brands, and holistic health
- Someone who thrives in a retail setting, loves helping people, and enjoys staying organised and productive on the floor
- Flexible with availability, especially weekends and during busy periods

- Initiative, reliability, and a positive attitude
- The ability to stay calm and professional in a busy store
