We are now recruiting for a disability support worker with mental health experience, who can assist our client in Warburton on Wednesdays
- Disability support worker with mental health experience required
- Approximately 8 hours available on Wednesdays

**Your Duties may Include (but not limited to)**
- Assisting the client one on one in-home
- Assistance with cleaning and decluttering home
- Meal prep
- Monitor medication intake
- Shopping assistance
- Community access

About You:

- We require all our support workers to be reliable, committed, and empathetic individuals to provide quality care
- Experienced mental health support worker
- NDIS Screening check required
- CPR and First Aid
- Victorian Driving licence
- Comprehensive vehicle insurance
- Right to work in Australia
- Reliable car
- Able to commence work as soon as possible
