We are seeking an energetic, passionate and highly committed individual to support our participant in Warburton

Our participant would like support with community access. Support sessions may involve assistance with attending appointments, grocery shopping and general home activities. Support sessions will take place **on Thursdays from 10:00am to 4:00pm. These shifts will be on a weekly basis.**

You must also have/be willing to obtain for the following:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children's Check
- First Aid and CPR certificate
- Car and valid driver’s license

In addition to this, you must be willing to commit to a roster of a minimum of 20 hours per week with other participants. We do not roster like an agency.

**Salary**: $32.73 - $41.53 per hour
