**About ECOYA**

**The Role**

As the Retail Assistant in our new Flagship store, you will be responsible for providing a world-class brand and customer experience, assisting the Retail & Corporate Sales Manager to ensure every sales opportunity is maximized. Additional duties include maintaining a well-presented store, accurate stock management, and driving successful campaigns with in-store activations when required. You will be motivated to build loyalty with customers and strive to exceed sales targets as set out by the brand.

This is a casual role based in the Sydney CBD.

- Previous retail sales experience in high end consumer goods;
- Polished sales and communication skills;
- Positive mindset, adaptable and reliable;
- Active listening skills;
- Ability to multi-task;
- Driven to exceed sales targets;
- Visual merchandising skills are advantageous;
- Excellent personal presentation.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $23.23 - $34.48 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 15 per week
