**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Head of Business Support, the
- This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Melbourne or Sydney when you’re not working from home. Bupa offers flexible working (work from the office or home)**How will I help?
Key accountabilities include:

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, initiatives, and technology-based products/systems
- Define and document scope, ensuring clear purpose and objective with links to the broader Bupa vision and strategy with customers at the forefront
- Capture and prioritise requirements from all stakeholders and impacted teams
- Understand capacity of the development and delivery teams to determine delivery capability
- Communicate delivery commitments and progress updates via appropriate communications
- Support release and delivery into ICP Teams and wider business
- Build strong relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring smooth customer centric delivery

**What do I need?**

This role would suit someone who comes from a strong project or change delivery background with significant experience in business integration, digital transformation, and continuous improvement. You’ll be well versed in managing complex analysis processes and developing solutions in consultation with others, including expert professionals.

**You will be/have**:

- Tertiary qualifications in business, IT, or equivalent experience
- Experience with agile practices and principles and familiarity with a range of digital tools including Azure DevOps or similar PM software
- Leadership capabilities that will engage and enable diverse teams, including situational awareness and conflict resolution
- Skills in stakeholder management, collaboration, planning, organisation, decision making and time management
- Ability to think creatively to solve problems, including conflicting priorities and new solution development
- Ability to manage multiple systems and streams simultaneously, which may include software delivery project preparation of tender documentation and project coordination
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
