Hudson have partnered with a leading educational organization in South Australia, who is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to staff, students and affiliates.

**Your primary duties will be**:

- Provide BAU support to a range of staff with a high level of professionalism and be able to communicate to a diverse range of users.
- Work both autonomously and as part of a team to meet business requirements

**What experience you will have**:

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technology to a diverse range of users.
- An understanding of IT service standards, SLAs and KPIs
- Demonstrated experience supporting users in an enterprise IT environment with a minimum of 2 years industry experience.
- Work autonomously, with excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage individual workloads to meet business requirements.
