We’re not your typical modelling agency, and we’re certainly not another jobs board for unpaid or collaborative gigs. Instead, we work closely with our members to help them shape, own, and elevate their personal modelling brands in an ultra competitive market.

We're looking for a creative and proactive **Photography Assistant** to support our in-house photographer during photoshoots with our model members. This is a great opportunity for a photography student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Open and prepare the studio for Open Studio and Workshop sessions
- Set up backdrops and studio lighting as per lighting diagrams and instructions
- Assisting with lighting setup, camera gear, and backdrops
- Welcoming our model members and ensuring they are comfortable and confident
- Helping with on-set logistics (styling adjustments, props, coordination)
- Supporting our photographers during shoots to ensure smooth workflow
- Managing digital files and basic equipment maintenance
- Offering creative input where appropriate
- Packing up equipment and backing up

**About You**:

- A passion for photography, particularly portrait or fashion photography
- Currently studying or recently completed a photography course or degree
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of lighting, camera settings, and Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop is a plus

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $23.23 - $36.79 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 24 per week
