- During the Business Traineeship, you will be working full-time 38 hours per week while studying a Certificate III in Business
- If successful, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience within the workplace with one of our host employers, working in an office environment, typically in a Receptionist, Office Administration position
- Traineeship duration: 12 months - Full time

**Where is this traineeship position located?**

**Arundel**

**Duties may include but not limited to**:

- Answering the phone and directing to appropriate people
- Data entry, filing and scanning
- Ensuring reception area is always kept tidy
- Customer service - in person and over the phone
- Use of Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative programs
- Other tasks requested by the host employer

**Applicants will ideally meet the following criteria**:

- Be eligible to complete a traineeship
- Genuinely seeking a foot in the door within an office environment
- Be well presented, enthusiastic, reliable and punctual
- Be motivated with a positive attitude
- Drivers licence and own transport _preferred_

- Applicants must be Australian citizens, permanent residents, or hold a visa that allows them to work in Australia
- If you have completed a Certificate III or higher since leaving school you may not be eligible for this traineeship
