**About the Role**:
We’re seeking a motivated and reliable **Administrative Assistant** to support us with day-to-day tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is well-organised, and is looking for flexible work hours in a relaxed, family-oriented setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- General office administration and data entry
- Filing and maintaining records (digital and physical)
- Assisting with invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Ordering office supplies and liaising with suppliers
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc admin duties as needed

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A friendly and professional manner
- Previous admin experience is a bonus but not essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Willingness to learn and pitch in where needed

**Traineeship Opportunity**:

We offer flexible work hours (around 8-16 hours per week to start), with potential for more depending on business needs. This role can be tailored to suit school hours, study schedules, or other commitments.
