**Structures Foreman - Multi Storey Aged Care**

**The Company**
Our client is an award winning national Building Contractor who has been trading for the past 35 years. They deliver a wide range of projects within Aged Care, Commercial, Defence, and Healthcare.

**The role**
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will plan, supervise and coordinate the structural contractors on a 7 Storey, aged care development.

**Key responsibilities will include;**
Managing Site staff and Sub-Contractors

Complete all required inspections & checklists for all structural trades

Ensuring WHS procedures are being adhered to.

Program Management

Leading pre starts and Tool box meetings

**The requirements**
Previous experience as a Structural Foreman.

Extensive background delivering multi storey construction projects, Aged Care / Seniors Living would be highly regarded.

A proven safety background.
