**Office Administrator**:
Due to annual leave we are now looking for an experience administrator with SIMPRO knowledge to cover some annual leave.

This role would require a start in the next 2 weeks (even if just for a hand over) and take you through June and into July. Options are flexible for full time or part-time hours, Monday to Friday between 9am - 4:30pm

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a small team
- Self starter and able to work with little supervision
- Happy to sit at reception and answer calls (not a busy reception)
- Previous use of Simpro and confident user
- Data Entry of timesheets, creation of purchase orders and accounts
- Confident in the Microsoft office suite
- Help book any flights and accommodation for FIFO staff
- Adhoc office requirements

This is a great position with a warm and friendly staff, hand over and training provided. Parking at the door and flexible working arrangements.
