**YOUR ROLE**

As a Curation & Administration Consultant at IAG, you will play a crucial role in delivering Curation Administration support to enhance the employee experience for our colleagues through on-site services and business administration support. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the delivery of all Workplace Curation Administration objectives aligns with the Property Services & Administration plan. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, responding to feedback, and coordinating day-to-day bookings are integral aspects of your role.

You will provide on-site administration services for major IAG offices across Australia and New Zealand, managing third-party providers to ensure superior customer service delivery within specified timelines and budgets. Additionally, you will support the delivery of internal general services, spanning various disciplines such as Property, Facilities, ergonomics, emergency preparedness, event management, desk and parking bookings, meeting rooms, AV/VC issues, and general building orientation. Offering guidance to our staff on navigating self-service functions for technical support, including Security, Safety, and IT issues, is also a key responsibility.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Strong hospitality background or a qualification in Business or a related field.
- Background in customer service with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders, including effectively managing expectations.
- Capability to multitask and communicate effectively with supervisors regarding conflicting priorities.
- Proven ability to proactively communicate and escalate challenges and issues appropriately.
