**Role Description**
This is a contract role for a Trainer/Assessor, however, may lead to a permanent/on-going opportunity operating out of our ACT Office.
The Trainer/Assessor will be responsible for delivering training courses, assessing student competencies, and providing feedback to students. Specifically, we are seeking a trainer to deliver the below courses:
- _Asbestos Awareness_
- _Silica Awareness_
- _White Card_
**Experience / Qualifications**
- _TAE Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent (must have)_
- _Experience in delivering and assessing nationally recognised training courses_
- _Strong knowledge of the security/construction industry and relevant industry standards_
- _Excellent communication and interpersonal skills_
- _Ability to conduct practical assessments and provide constructive feedback_
- _Previous experience as a trainer/assessor in the Security / Construction, or a related sector would be advantageous. _
