**Key Responsibilities**:

- Hands-On Market Execution:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Create and oversee marketing campaigns targeting both English and Chinese-speaking audiences.
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications are culturally relevant and effectively resonate with the target markets.
- Execute trades actively, leveraging market insights and strategic thinking. Monitor and respond to market trends, identifying opportunities for profitable trading.
- Team Leadership and Management:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing market team.
- Foster a hands-on culture that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Profit and Loss (P&L) Ownership:

- Take full ownership of the P&L for the market division, ensuring profitability and risk management.
- Implement strategies to optimize trading performance and achieve financial targets.
- Drive initiatives to enhance revenue streams and minimize trading risks.
- Strategic Planning and Analysis:

- Develop and execute market strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to inform trading decisions and risk management.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to refine and adjust strategies as needed.
- Technology Integration and Innovation:

- Work closely with the technology team to enhance trading platforms and tools.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency improvements in trading processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven at least 8 years of experience in a hands-on leadership role within the CFD trading industry.
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, trading strategies, and risk management in APAC.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a track record of successful market analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding P&L targets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in partnership with sales teams.
- Technologically savvy with a keen understanding of trading platforms and financial technologies.
