THE ROLE

As a Systems Implementation Consultant your primary responsibility is to facilitate the successful integration and deployment of Cin7 software setup and configuration for Mulpha Signal Group. Working with the broader team to understand the inventory, sales and production processes your job will be to ensure a smooth transition of data and business processes to the new SaaS platform Cin7.

Contributing to the projects for implementation of Cin7 and supporting software you will be required to analyse business requirements and drive the software implementation through to the end.
Configure and customize the Cin7 platform according to client specifications.
Ensure that the software aligns with the client's workflow and industry standards.
Monitor, track, and report delivery activity and project status.
Provide advisory services and support to our staff to implement and train them in the new system and processes.
Work with IT vendors to integrate Cin7 with Xero and other key business systems.
Act as a point of contact for clients during and after the implementation phase.
Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise, ensuring client satisfaction.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Proven experience in software implementation, preferably in the field of inventory management or ERP systems.
Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.
Technical proficiency with Cin7's software and related technologies.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in resolving client issues.
Excellent organisational, communication and time management skill
