THE ROLE
- Work together with the team to drive results and exceptional customer experience
- Be confident working with KPIS and individual targets
- Bring a high level of energy to the shop floor
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's
- Driving sales and customer experience
- Coaching and mentoring team members to upskill their product knowledge, sales techniques and customer service
- Execution of visual merchandising directive
- Effective stock management
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Have a passion for customer service, retail sales and fashion
- Be determined to achieve the store budget and understand KPI expectations
- Can identify store opportunities in order to maximise sales
- Have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team
