Are you an experienced Payroll and Accounts professional looking for an opportunity to make an impact in the dynamic hospitality industry? We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our team as a Relieving Payroll/Accounts Officer.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Cash handling, banking and petty cash duties.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Ensure compliance with the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award 2020, agreements, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and reconciliations.
- Respond to payroll and accounts inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the HR and finance teams to support daily operations.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in payroll and accounts, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in MYOB, Xero, Excel and Tanda.
- Strong understanding of relevant payroll legislation and award interpretation.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

Pay: $30.92 - $33.96 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 15 per week
