**The Role**:
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Autonomously deliver on a broad range of day to day varying and challenging HR generalist queries (with the ability to utilise the support and expertise of other state based team members)
- Generate accurate paperwork such as offers, employment variations and KPI/ performance management records within required SLA timeframes
- Facilitate and deliver induction training - first impressions count
- Monitor & maintain personal information of employees
- Liaise & support HR payroll process systems
- Participation in adhoc projects, reports & presentations as identified by the HR Director
- Be pragmatic, and be able to deliver HR advice by translating it into practical business solutions and outcomes

- Qualification in Human Resources (prior HR experience not a pre-requisite)
- Huge amounts of drive and energy with a can-do & positive attitude
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship & rapport building skills
- Ability to work well autonomously
- Outcome driven and takes pride in delivering quality advice and documentation
- Must be able to multi-task and work to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent attention to detail coupled with strong planning & organisational skills
- Ability to navigate your way within a complex business structure
- Composed, empathetic & honest nature
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
