**What you will be doing**
The primary purpose of this role is to support and manage key accounts by providing an end-to-end post sales support to the sales, service, and delivery teams. This role will also need to manage relationships with key vendors and customer outcomes cross functionally to ensure smooth and seamless operations from quoting to order submission cycle. This role will provide extended sales support, winning and retaining customers, all whilst providing exceptional customer service.
**What will keep you busy**
**Relationship Management**
- Establish and maintain relationships with account managers, customers, partners, suppliers and internal/ external stakeholders including your peers.
- Present the DXC Connect products, solutions and services within allocated account and influence outcomes to secure greater share of wallet.
- Establish and build high-level profitable relationships within inter company organisation to help sales to be successful from all fronts.
- Own the customer experience and through the effective utilisation of all DXC Connect resources, including Presales, Professional Services, Finance and Management to support sales strategies.
**Sales Operations - Client focused (hands on function incharge)**
- Cordinate and develop customer facing quotations on any potential requirements for products, services and maintenance (new and renewals), by liaising with Sales, General managers, Technical Staff and Customers
- Pricing management of all products and services offered by DXC
- Assist Account managers in timely responses whilst supporting them with the engagement with the clients
- Customer orders submission, ensuring all orders adhere to the company policies and procedures
- Coordinate the resolution of issues relating to quoting and order submission
- Build and maintain vendor relationships to meet customer needs
- Maintain accurate paperwork and files for customers which relates to proposals, contracts and correspondence in systems
- Ensure work is performed with utmost accuracy, compliance, governance and effeciency
**The skills you will bring**
CRITICAL
- Minimum 5 years in a sales and customer service environment
- Demonstrated strong relationship building and influencing skills
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Manage time effectively and be able to prioritise to meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- PC Skills including good understanding of Excel and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
DESIRABLE
- System Skills including SharePoint, SAP, Quoteworks
- Sound products and services knowledge e.g. Dell, HPE, Cisco etc
- Understanding of sales quotation process including sourcing and pricing
- Understanding of developing cost model and margins
