**Opportunities available in Maroubra, **Sutherland Shire, Wollongong, Randwick, Peakhurst, Carlton, Wetmead, Summer Hills, Greenacre, Liverpool, Allawah, Ashfield, Northern Shire and and Sydney City.**
Applicants must be authorized to work in Australia, must have Valid Driving License (Australian or International) and reliable car.
**The Role**:
We are looking to recruit someone who is motivated to provide a range of flexible supports to people with a disability. We are seeking someone who is experienced and passionate and have a positive attitude to support individuals in leading a more independent and fulfilled life.
You will have the ability to assist people with:
- Personal care
- Community engagement
- Domestic assistance
- Learning support
- Behaviour Management & Intervention
**Core objectives include**:
- Provide support to patients with physical and/or intellectual disabilities
- Understand and provide appropriate care to patients with low needs to patients with high needs
who demonstrate a range of challenging behaviours.
- Assisting with activities relating to daily living, community support, and empowerment
- Work under general guidance from the person seeking support, and their family, within clearly
defined guidelines
- Providing personal care to people with disabilities

**Requirements**:
- Current CPR & First Aid (OR willing to obtain before joining)
- Working With Children Check (OR willing to obtain before joining)
- NDIS Worker Check(OR willing to obtain before joining)
- Insured car & valid driving license
- Manual Handling certificate (OR willing to obtain before joining)
- You must be triple vaccinated against **COVID**. Applicants may have a valid medical exemption in place of these vaccination requirements
