Are you an energetic, self motivated sales support or administration superstar, looking for a role that will move you closer to your future career in business development? Due to business growth, we are looking for an experienced Sales Support / Administration Specialist to join our team and help take our sales teams to the next level.

**About the role**

Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and Business Development, and working as part of a dynamic, supportive team, the role will be responsible for:

- Providing administrative support to the sales team including appointment setting, CRM reporting, filing and document management.
- Working with the Marketing, Communications & Brand teams to ensure the adequacy of sales-related materials and collateral.
- Assisting BDM’s in the communication to clients including follow up documentation, proposals, tenders, EOIs and reports.
- Supporting and attending client facing initiatives including events, conferences and networking as requested
- Data entry and reporting on sales figures, CRM metrics and other key data
- Management of the departmental share drive with correct permission structures
- Actively participating in sales and marketing meetings and KPI discussions.

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience in sales support/coordinator or administrative role
- Advanced communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong experience in utilising a CRM to enable sales success
- Experience in proposal/client facing document development
- Extremely organised with a strong focus on attention to detail
- Strong team and customer orientation with a positive attitude and the willingness to take on new challenges.
