**Job Description** About the Role**:
We’re looking for passionate team members to support **MyCar**, one of Australia’s leading tyre and automotive service providers. In this role, you’ll help customers find the perfect tyres and book fitment appointments. Your day will involve:

- ️ Asking the right questions to understand customers’ needs
- Coordinating with suppliers to ensure tyres are ready for customers
- Booking appointments at the nearest MyCar location that works best for our customers

MyCar values their team and their customers, and we know you’ll feel that from day one

**What You Need to Know**:

- ** Position**: Permanent full-time
- ** Training**: First 12 weeks at our Docklands office, with support to help you shine
- **Schedule**: Rotating roster, Monday to Friday (8 am - 6:30 pm) and Saturday (8 am - 5:30 pm)
- **Shifts**: 7.6 hours, 5 days a week
- ** Work Environment**: Move to a hybrid model after training (must have a stable internet connection at home)
- **Salary**: Starting at $52,190 + super + performance incentives
