**Description**:
About the role
Reporting to the SPA Spray Sealing Operations Manager, you will efficiently undertake works as defined by field instruction sheets, maintain the plant and equipment in good working conditions and act as quality control. There will be regular travel to project sites, with living away from home provided.
Duties
Manage and coordinate day to day operations
Complete reporting in accordance with company procedures
Operate plant/machinery when need arises
Assist Manager with pre-construction activities and training of staff
Skills & Experience
Certificate III in Civil Construction (desired but not essential)
Experience working as foreman/leading hand/sprayer operator/senior operator in spray sealing is desirable. Applicants with leadership experience are still encouraged to apply.
