About the role

Reporting to the Pavement Recyclers Operations Manager, the Supervisor will have experience in the supervision of plant, labour and subcontractors for pavement works with a proven track record in the delivery of full service and subcontract construction projects in accordance with specifications, financial and reporting requirements.

Duties

Assistance with quotation and tender activities
Project preparation and planning
Management of resources and materials in consultation with Operations Manager
Ensuring works are carried out in an efficient manner that meets quality requirements
Daily and weekly reporting
Client and stakeholder communication
Willingness to travel and work away as required

Skills & Experience
- 5 years’ experience as a foreman within the road maintenance industry
- Knowledge of plant and materials
- Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Computer literacy with preferred proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Project, along with standard written communication
