Are you a seasoned credit professional ready to take the lead in a dynamic B2B debt collections environment? We're looking for a talented individual to fill the position of **Team Leader - Credit**. Reporting directly to the National Credit Manager, this role is your ticket to making a significant impact in the daily operations of our credit function

**What You’ll do**
- Supervise credit officers, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct weekly reviews of debtor ledger and credit limits for team members.
- Lead and motivate the team to meet KPIs and targets.
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving escalated queries within delegation
- Review and suggest process improvements, implementing automated efficiencies, while fostering a customer service-oriented mindset through strong communication and coaching skills.

**What You’ll bring**
- 3-5 years+ credit leadership experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication/interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Problem-solving/negotiating skills for the best outcome for all parties.
- Intermediate level of MS Excel/Office skills.
