**What you'll be doing**
The Project Support Officer will provide comprehensive high-level project support to the Principal Lead, Medication Safety and Quality and the Medication Safety Team as well as project support to work within the Directorate as requested.
**What are we looking for?**
- Ability to manage a full range of administrative support functions for the Principal Lead, Medication Safety and Quality and other members of the Medication Safety Team.
- Ability to manage time effectively and manage workload within conflicting and tight deadlines
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff at all levels.

**Position Classification**: Health Manager Level 1
**Remuneration**: $78,079.00 - $105,030.00 per annum, plus superannuation
**Hours Per Week**: 40 (38hrs Standard + 2hrs toward ADO)

**Selection Criteria**
- Demonstrated experience in providing high calibre project management support to project officers or senior managers including high-level administrative services to ensure project aims are met
- Ability to handle highly confidential information and data with the utmost discretion.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as capacity to anticipate and meet the needs of the Senior Manager as well as complete tasks independently with mínimal supervision and direction
- High Level proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for administrative tasks
- Demonstrated understanding of clinical terminology.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to maintain relationships with staff and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to utilise information systems to achieve a high level of competence and accuracy in documentation management (for example, HP Content Manager)
