**Your new role**
Your day will consist of;
- Developing and implementing proof-of-concept designs for executive
- Ensuring technical optimisation of the Department’s cloud environments
- Networking the LAN, WAN and VPN networks
- Providing technical expertise to projects and business areas
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you will need 5+ years experience in a cloud based role, specifically focusing on solution design, automation, cloud networking and cloud governance. You will also be skilled in cyber security, specifically within a SOC. You should have demonstrated experience in developing and implementing SOC tools, processes and capabilities.
You will need to be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position and hold an NV1 clearance or higher. This role is based in the Australian Capital Territory and there is an expectation to be in office a minimum of 3 days per week. No hybrid working arrangements will be considered.
