Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Nonna's Italian at Harbourtown Outlet Shopping Center is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in a front-of-house role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
- A fast learner who thrives under pressure and adapts quickly to changes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure top-notch customer service.
- Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy shifts.
- Flexible availability for morning, afternoon, or evening shifts (9:00 AM - 8:30 PM).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming and seating guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Delivering food and drinks to tables promptly.
- Handling customer queries and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Assisting with setting up and cleaning the dining area before, during, and after service.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.10 - $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
