Do you have proven leadership experience and a genuine personable service style that always blows guests away? Join us as our next **Duty Manager** as part of our dedicated Front Office Team.

**As our next Duty Manager, you will**:

- Lead and mentor the Front Office Team to ensure a smooth and seamless service experience
- Solve problems and think on your feet to resolve any issues that come your way
- Motivate, train, and develop a diverse team
- Play a central role in the running and management of the front office
- Interacts with guests and colleagues in a professional, amiably way

**What we are looking for**:

- A passion for developing and leading people
- A person who is highly organised while placing a strong emphasis on detail
- Someone who can play a key role in developing a genuinely solid workplace culture
- Knowledge of Sihot PMS is advantageous
