Work for a large scale food manufacturing company as a permanent maintenance fitter servicing their machines

**Your new company**
Would you like to work for a large scale manufacturer in their Fyshwick factory? Nationally they they have 12 factories and employ over 1500 people to create a range of different food products to supply to the Australian market. With increased demand on their products causing more wear and tear on their machines, as well as a shortage of trade qualified workers in the ACT, this company is seeking maintenance fitters to work across both their fixed day and fixed night shifts.

**Your new role**
Working in this role mean you will keep the business running through your ability to provide high quality preventative maintenance and repairs to the factory machinery. You work across either the day or night shift, 3.5 days per week as agreed when interviewing for the role. You will also be on call as required should a co-worker be unavailable to complete their shift and repairs are required to continue production.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be a maintenance fitter you will have;
- A mechanical trade certificate
- Great communication skills
- Experience working in a similar technical/diagnostics role
- A string commitment to the company as yours is a key role within the business.
