**Description**

**The opportunity**:
Member of the R&D management team. Support and manage the transformation of the AC R&D offering and organization from purely Products to Products, Platforms and Solutions.

**How you’ll make an impact**:

- You will design a change management plan that does not impede the current technology and delivery roadmap, responsible for all communication, governance, processes, roles, establish of a third-party partners effective working model. Transform the organizational approach and processes to utilize and receive outsourced material.
- You will lead the R&D organizational and process transformation to achieve a functioning standardized working model for technology lifecycle management, NPI (New Product Introduction) and Manufacturing Engineering, whilst coordinating with all other GPG functions involved, drive all transformations, as the R&D representative, that interface to other functions within the GPG. Synchronize and support the larger organization to ensure the target operational model.
- You will execute transformations in line with the complementary work performed by Product Development Quality and R&D Continuous Improvement, support R&D Operations to implement a real and effective Project Management Office.
- You will support the internal SW Factory, Cyber Security organization, Verification & Validation to build up and deploy across the product lines and platforms.
- You will work cross-functionally with colleagues in all product lines and functions to ensure alignment, strategic focus, and clear communication, facilitate meetings, including building agendas, managing diverse stakeholders and ensuring alignment and follow-through on actions.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

**Your background**:

- You hold a degree in computer science, mechanical, electronic engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum with at least 5 years of experience working with technology and R&D teams, programs/projects and processes.
- Expert-level knowledge and experience in project management, change management and business analysis functions and associated methodologies, techniques, processes, and approaches. Well versed in agile development methodologies as well as classical stage gate models. Proven track record of advancing a holistic and customer centric view and fostering a change that transforms processes and behaviors, experience from the Electrical/Utility sector beneficial.
- Flexible, well organized, driven problem solver, solutions-oriented, willingness to take initiative, delivers on time and according to expectations. Ability to analyze complex challenges, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Proficient working with international distributed teams with excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and a skilled communicator, with high intercultural sensitivity and who can interface with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English (written, spoken) is mandatory.
