We're on the hunt for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable** Supervisors and Team Members** to join our incredible team at **Zambrero Burleigh Heads, Burleigh Waters, Gold Coast University Hospital, Currumbin and Biggera Waters.**

**About the Role**
As a casual team member, you’ll be a vital part of our restaurant operations. You’ll work closely with your teammates and managers to deliver fast, fresh, and flavourful meals, all while creating a great experience for our customers. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a supportive and energetic team.

**Key Responsibilities - Team Member**

**Food Prep & Service**
- Prepare and serve high-quality menu items with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Keep food areas clean, organised, and well-stocked

**Customer Experience**
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and a smile
- Take customer orders and payments accurately using our POS system
- Ensure every guest leaves happy and satisfied with their experience

**Cleanliness & Store Standards**
- Maintain a clean and presentable store environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms
- Help with end-of-day cleaning and pack down procedures.

**Stock & Inventory Support**
- Assist with receiving deliveries and rotating stock
- Restock ingredients and packaging as needed throughout your shift

**Teamwork & Culture**
- Collaborate with your team to keep operations running smoothly
- Support new team members with training and encouragement
- Live and breathe our brand values: fresh food, positive vibes, and making a global impact

**Key Responsibilities - Supervisor**
- Opening and closing of the restaurant
- Running shifts and supervising up to 4 staff
- Handling and counting of cash
- Assisting Restaurant Manager with training and inventory management

**What We’re Looking For**

**Experience (preferred but not essential)**:

- Previous experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is a plus
- On-the-job training will be provided for the right attitude

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Energetic, reliable, and a strong team player
- Passionate about food and delivering great customer service
- Quick on your feet and able to stay cool under pressure
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid Certificate (desirable but not essential)
