**The Opportunity**
Bring your current Building and Construction industry knowledge, connections, and real-life experiences to impact the learning journey of your students This is an opportunity for qualified and experienced construction managers or licensed builders to regain work life balance by joining the TAFE NSW team on a casual basis.

**About You**
You are motivated to share your comprehensive industry experience and knowledge in building and construction and are driven to inspire and mentor your students. With your excellent communication skills, you will have the ability to create a learning environment that is supportive, stimulating and fosters independence.

**To be considered for the role you must have the following Essential Requirements**:

- Cert 4 Building and Construction and or Diploma in Building and Construction and/or an Architectural or Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of three years relevant and current post qualification experience in Australia.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or Diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education.
- Comprehensive current knowledge of the Building and Construction industry and demonstrate commitment to maintaining professional and technical currency
- Australian industry experience and strong knowledge of Australian standards and codes of practise.

**Highly Regarded**:

- 5 years+ post qualification experience
- High level of Computer experience
